This Fraulein palette looks amazing! There are some really fab colours in there; I’m definately a nudes kinda girl so this was right up my street. I can see some dupes for MACs in there Brule, Carbon, Espresso, Cranberry and Satin Taupe to name a few! Why oh why I didn’t buy myself a palette at the same time I’ll never know! Sigma Brushes - FREE Worldwide Delivery Friday 26th November!!

Hey girlies, I received an email from Sigma today, they are offering FREE worldwide delivery for Friday 26th November (tomorrow). I've always wanted to try Sigma brushes but because of the delivery hadn't bothered. If this offer wasn't so close to Christmas I'd get the Eye Kit (below) its $45. I found a website that converts dollars to pounds and it worked out about £28, I think thats amazing for 7 brushes! Sigma offer a free travel size E25 brush with this kit too.  So you actually get 8 brushes. I think this is a bargain! I paid £25 for my MAC 190 brush!

Do any of you have the Sigma brushes in the photo above? How do they compare to MAC brushes?

Check out Sigma website HERE

Barry M Dazzle Dusts

Good evening ladies, I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend! Darren♥ and I done a spot of Christmas shopping, most of it at BHS where his Mum♥ works and gets 20% off! Whilst Darren♥ was in HMV I nipped into Boots to see if I could get my hands on this Barry M Dazzle Dust that I wanted and finally I found it! I was after No 89 – Oyster Grey it's a beautiful colour with purple undertones to it.

39
 89

I applied no 89 quickly to my left eye ontop of a bit of eyeliner as a base but in no means is this an FOTD! The purple undertones really came out on my skin. I will be doing a proper FOTD/N on my trusty model when she’s next available. Thanks Lil Sis♥

 No 89 Oyster Grey

Barry M products are 3 for the price of 2 at the minute so I got Dazzle Dusts 34, 39 and 89 for £9. My confidence is growing using all different colours of shadows etc but still not brave enough to step outside the flat like it! I suppose that will come in time too.

Do any of you have the same dusts as me? Aren't they gorgeous!

The good and the bad – Dry Shampoo

Afternoon girls, did you have a good weekend? I had a lovely few days. Saturday was spent with Sister and Mother in Law's to be Christmas shopping in Greenwich then Canary Wharf, we had a lovely time, even if I did spend more money on myself and Darren ♥ than others! lol. Sunday I spent with Darren ♥ on the sofa
and then a naughty chinese in the evening! Mmmmm! On with the review.

I may be one of the minorities here but I really don’t like Umberto Giannini Morning After Dry Shampoo, I bought it purely because Lollipop26 said it was brilliant and was an invisible spray compared to the Batiste Dry Shampoo, which can leave you looking like you have grey highlights!

Now, whilst I don’t like the skunk look, the Batiste works better for me, so good, in fact I had to buy a travel sized tin the day I used Umberto Giannini because by mid morning, it looked like I didn’t have anything on and had clearly not washed my hair! Not a good look!

Meet Colin the bubba skunk!!

Cue one travel sized tin of Batiste and I was a happy bunny again! Umberto Giannini Morning After Dry Shampoo will be used for back combing only at my place! It’s twice the price of the Batiste one too and the latter comes in more styles/fragrances. Boho is my fav if you're curious.

Have any of you girlies tried the Umberto Giannini Morning After Dry Shampoo? Are you a lover or a hater?

O.O.T.D – Winter or Summer/Day or Night

This is my first O.O.T.D, I was a little nervous about posting this mainly because I don’t know much about clothes, what style suits etc. I love watching programmes like Gok Wan and Trinny and Susannah for inspiration. This outfit however was my own creation lol!

I bought this gorgeous playsuit at the end of September from New Look, it was in their Limited Edition collection and was a bit pricey for New Look it was £35 and I just love it. It can be worn in the winter or summer. For the winter I am wearing it with my gorgeous Faith tan knee high boots that Darren ♥ bought for me for Christmas, a beige light cardigan, also from New Look and plain black tights. I also threw on my oversized ring from ASOS and a few gold bracelets. For summer I was thinking maybe wearing the playsuit with a tan shoulder bag that comes across the body some comfy flip flops or ballet pumps and maybe a nice big hat, oh and with some compulsory BIG shades. I had some beautiful Calvin Klein sunnies that I got from New York last December but they broke, I am so gutted! I loved them.

Nail Varnish is Barry M Pure Turquoise, ring is from ASOS

My lovely boots, I have these in black too

What do you ladies think of my playsuit? This isn’t something I would normally go for, I’m a bit boring with clothes really, I don’t have much style, but I love reading all your posts about outfits, it gives me some ideas.

Makeover Number 2 – My Sister Faye ♥

Afternoon my beauts! Faye let me have another go at doing a makeup look on her. I watched a Pixiwoo YT video a while ago called “Nicole Scherzinger inspired look” so had a go at doing that. I don’t own any bronzer (Hoola by Benefit will be mine!) so had to use the matte brown eyeshadow from my Storm Sleek palette. I'm a bit of a bronzer virgin to be honest, after I applied some to under Fayes cheekbones she looked like she needed a good ol' wash! lol But after some blush and highlight it looked alright.
Full list of products used below.

I applied the false lashes a bit wonky! One is sticking up more than the other

Face
Smashbox Primer
MAC Face and Body in C3
MAC Studio Finish Concealer
MAC Moisturecover in NC30
Benefit blusher – Coralista
Highlighter – models own (Fayes)
Matte brown e/s from Storm Sleek palette

Eyes
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Laura Mercier Metallic Crème e/s in Burnished Copper
Laura Mercier Metallic Crème e/s in Platinum
Laura Mercier Loose Powder in Chocolate Garnet
Lychee e/s from Sleek Good Girl Palette for highlight
2 matte brown colours from Sleek Storm palette
Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara
MAC False Lashes #34’s.

Lips
MAC Lip Pencil in Stone
Benefit Lipstick in Jing-a-ling

What do you think? I loved doing this look on Faye, she has beautiful smooth skin to work with and lovely big eyelids for shadow, not like my hooded eyes! I think for the next look we're going to be brave and have a play with colour, I'm thinking purples and maybe some dramatic eye liner.

Til next time sweets

Barry M Nail Paint – Pure Turquoise

Hey girls, I bought this nail varnish in Superdrug in their 2 for £5 deal when I bought the Barry M Nail Effects. It is such a lovely colour, I nearly didn’t buy it because it’s similar to a Nails Inc varnish I have called Haymarket but I bought it anyway and I’m so pleased I did! The 2 varnishes look very different next to each other. It is such a beautiful colour, it makes my nails look almost fake! I’m very impressed with Barry M nail varnishes, you do need 2 coats and I always apply a top coat of the amazing Seche Vite quick drying top coat.

Do any of you girlies have this colour? Isn’t it just gorgeous!

Hope you have a fab weekend!
